Faryal Ahmed is an Associate Expert at the United Nations Statistics Division of the United Nations Secretariat in New York where she is part of the core team organizing the United Nations World Data Forum. Prior to this, she worked at the United Nations World Food Program in Islamabad (Pakistan), and led the design and implementation of the Food Security Outcome Monitoring system.

Brabim Kumar - Alumni Mentor 2021
Brabim Kumar is a youth activist and development communication professional with more than 12 years of experience with various I/NGOs and UN agencies. He is recognized as a global young researcher who has been a development fellow for The Asia Foundation’s Emerging Leader for Asia program for 2016. Brabim is currently serving as Communications Advisor for UN Electoral Support Project in Afghanistan. He advises the election commission of Afghanistan on communications, public outreach, and social media issues. Brabim has assumed roles as a Public Information and Outreach Officer for the UN Peacekeeping mission in South Sudan and served as a National Communication Specialist for Nepal’s Ministry of Urban Development.
